Meet the BFD Command Staff

Battalion Two Captain Keith Daniels has been with
BFD since 1988. Capt. Daniels served Kinard
VFD for ten years prior to coming to Blountstown.
Capt. Daniels is a certified law enforcement officer
and a Florida Certified EMT. His many years of
experience is invaluable to our department. Capt.
Daniels is directly responsible for six other
firefighters on his battalion.
Battalion One Captain Mark Collier came to BFD in
1990 from Port Saint Joe Fire Department where
he'd served since 1978. Several of those years
Capt. Collier served as Fire Chief. Capt. Collier
brings many years of large structure fire
suppression and inclement weather operations to
BFD. Capt. Collier is proud to be the second
generation of a three generation firefighting family.
His son, Ben is a firefighter with BFD.

Fire Chief Ben Hall has been with BFD since August
of 2002. Prior to serving BFD, he was a volunteer
firefighter at Nettle Ridge VFD (just up the road) for
four years. From 2000-2002 Chief Hall served as
Nettle Ridge's Fire Chief. Click the picture to learn
